Future Equine Youth Scholarship
Building the Next Generation of Horsemen & Horsewomen
The Johnny Appleseed Equine Project proudly offers the Future Equine Youth Scholarship, created to support students who are passionate about horses and eager to grow through education, responsibility, and hands-on experience.
This scholarship is designed for motivated youth who may face financial or personal challenges, but who demonstrate dedication, curiosity, and a strong work ethic within the equine world. While household income is considered, we understand that barriers to equine education extend beyond finances alone.
The Johnny Appleseed Future Equine Youth Scholarship will launch its inaugural pilot phase at Bobbin Hollow Equestrian Center, LLC, located in Reddick, Florida, conveniently situated between Gainesville and Ocala. The program will provide participating youth with an immersive, hands-on horsemanship experience designed to support their growth and development within the equine community.
Our goal is simple: to provide meaningful access to equine education and help young people build confidence, skills, and a foundation for future opportunities in the equine industry.
